We want you to love your Breezly. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date your order is delivered.
Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Items should be in their original condition and packaging where possible.
- Proof of purchase (your order number) is required.
How to start a return
Email us at suarexsoluciones@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will reply with simple return instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time to appear on your statement.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 30 days with a photo and we will arrange a free replacement or a full refund — in many cases without needing to return the item.
Return shipping
For non-defective returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. For damaged, defective or incorrect items, we cover the return cost.
Exchanges
Want a different color? Contact us and we will help arrange an exchange, subject to availability.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene reasons, used items may be assessed case by case. Gift cards are non-refundable.
