Free shipping We offer free shipping on all orders, worldwide.
Order processing Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.
Delivery times
- United States: typically 7–12 business days after processing.
- International: typically 10–20 business days after processing, depending on destination.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs, weather or peak periods.
Order tracking A tracking number is emailed when your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to begin updating.
Customs & duties For international orders, any customs fees or import duties are the responsibility of the customer.
Incorrect address Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Lost or stolen packages If tracking shows your order as delivered but you cannot find it, please check with the carrier first, then contact us and we will help resolve it.
